As a Modern Workplace Consultant at Previder, you are the driving force behind smart IT solutions that take our customers’ workplaces to the next level. You move seamlessly between technology and strategy, translating complex IT challenges into concrete and future-ready solutions. You are involved from start to finish: from analysing customer needs to designing, implementing, and successfully delivering projects. With your expertise in Microsoft front-end solutions such as Azure, Endpoint Manager, Virtual Desktop, Autopilot, and Exchange Online, you make every digital workplace smarter, more efficient, and more secure.

Key responsibilities

• You act as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for our customers on IT-related matters.

• You translate customer visions into concrete roadmaps and technical designs.

• You design, advise on, and implement modern cloud workplace solutions.

• You ensure a smooth delivery and handover to our Managed Services organisation.

• You execute projects independently or together with colleagues for a variety of customers.

• You closely follow market developments, maintain partner relationships, and actively contribute to innovation.

• You work with the latest technologies as part of a collaborative team.

• You are given a high level of freedom, responsibility, and room for personal development.

• You work on challenging projects for a wide range of customers, so no two days are the same.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an IT Consultant, System Engineer, IT Specialist, or in a similar technical role.

• You know Microsoft cloud solutions inside out. Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune hold no secrets for you.

• You have experience with hybrid cloud environments and complex migrations.

• You have knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, virtualisation (VMware), storage, and telephony.

• You know how to design and deliver innovative, customer-focused IT solutions.

• You are able to write technical designs that are not only accurate, but also clear and well structured.

• You are curious, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.

• You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• You are committed to continuous development and driven to stay ahead in your field.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.

• French is a strong advantage.
